Giusy and Roberto are 2 very lovable and spirited people. Very interesting and very helpful, it was a real pleasure to be their guests. They hosted us for 2 nights in their beautiful country house amidst the extraordinary and wonderfully rugged nature of southern Sicily.
We learnt to make tortellini with Nonna Pinnucia – she made it look easy- and Ricotta with Giusi. Great fun and can’t wait make them when we get back. Let’s hope they taste as good as yours.
